1. Custom-Made Clothing: The products available for purchase on our webshop at Rich Black Africans are custom-made clothing items that are created specifically for each customer based on their unique preferences and measurements. As such, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Order Placement: When placing an order, it is important to provide accurate measurements, details, and customizations to ensure the proper creation of your custom-made clothing. Any inaccuracies or changes to your order must be communicated to us within 24 hours of placing the order.

3. Production and Delivery Time: Each custom-made clothing item requires a certain period for production. The estimated production time will be stated on the respective product page on our webshop. Please note that this time does not include shipping/delivery time which will vary based on your location.

4. Payment: The pricing for custom-made clothing items will be clearly stated on our webshop. Payments must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept secure online payment methods such as credit/debit cards, PayPal, or any other payment options mentioned on our webshop.

5. Order Confirmation: Upon receipt of your order and successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase. This confirmation does not guarantee the immediate commencement of production but serves as a confirmation of your order placement.

6. Alterations: We understand that slight adjustments may be needed upon receiving your custom-made clothing. In such cases, you are responsible for any alteration costs and must arrange for alterations locally. Rich Black Africans will not be liable for any alterations or associated costs.

7. Quality Control: We strive to provide the highest quality custom-made clothing. We carry out rigorous quality control checks before shipping your order. However, slight variations in color, fabric, or design may occur. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify as grounds for a return or refund.

8. Shipping and Delivery: We offer reliable shipping options to deliver your custom-made clothing order to your specified shipping address. The shipping and delivery fees, as well as estimated delivery times, will be stated on our webshop. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by your country will be the customer's responsibility.

9. Limited Liability: While we take the utmost care in providing accurate product descriptions, measurements, and images, we do not guarantee exact representations of the final product. Differences in screen displays, personal perception, or other factors may lead to slight variations in color, fabric, or design.

10. Privacy Policy: Any personal information shared with Rich Black Africans, including but not limited to name, address, and contact details, will be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
