Rich Black Africans is a clothing webshop that celebrates Black excellence and offers custom-made clothing items.

Our clothing and goodie items are custom-made, and therefore, they cannot be returned or refunded. Please ensure accurate measurements and provide detailed information when placing your order.

We offer worldwide delivery. No matter where you are, we will bring our custom-made clothing to your doorstep.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the location of delivery. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.

We strive to fulfill and ship orders within 5 working days. Please note that this processing time does not include delivery time.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment.

Any changes or modifications to your order must be communicated to us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate changes.

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our custom-made clothing. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team with photographic evidence, and we will assist you accordingly.
